Copying Color Editor Adjustments Does Not Work

Is this by design or is it an error? When attempting to copy past the adjustments from the Color Editor from one file to another this feature does not work. I have tried it from the toolbar tool and also locally from the tool panel itself.

  Problem resolved. I had changed the Clipboard settings, deselected "Autoselect Adjusted" and this was the issue.
