D800 .mov files not able to View

I just upgraded to 7.2.2 and now my D800 .mov files show as a preview but when I go to view them the viewer screen blacks out and it won't play.

Any help would be appreciated.

  I have a d800e and find the capture softwares performance really slows down with these files.my other camera is a d3x and that is good.I also tried to make a contact sheet to upload and it doesn't seem to be able to do this.

  Do you have Quicktime installed on your system?
  My guess is that it's something to do with either the file or the systems QuickLook.
  
  Capture One itself does not read these files, it calls on your system to read them the same way that the Apple Preview does.
  
  If all else fails create a support case and provide a RAW file.
