D800 - skinetones - no appropriate options in white balance
Hello,
when I use the skintone tab in the white balance tool, I cannot find or activate the appropriate option (honey...) in the drop down menu. When I apply the picker than opens directly a folder to save a skintone.
But there was no possibility to define or adjust a variation in the skintone.
What would you advise me to do?

I had the same issue and noticed that the download for ver.7.0 was somewhat larger that 7.13, downloaded 7.0 and installed. Skintones are now there and then updated to 7.13. Hope that helps. 0 -
The default list of built-in skin tones is indeed missing in the CO 7.1.3/Win release. I believe Phase One is already aware of it. 0 -

Yep, this is fixed in an upcoming release.0 -
