slow loading 20 minutes

I posted this in 4 forum before I realized there was a 3 forum. Sorry!!


It takes about 20 minutes to load. I have sent 3 requests to "support" with no reply, I sure hope someone hercan help.

I have uninsulated and reinstalled with the same results.
It searches for "film curves" for about 20 minutes and then loads quickly after that. I have a fast q4 processor and 3gb ram. Photoshop loads in less that 10 seconds. It has a 15,000 rpm drive and only a few photo working programs are on it.

  In regards to this you have two cases made with support, last one was 11th of September and reply was give 30min after you posted your question.
