Can anyone out there tell me what to do to transfer RAW settings from a PC to a MAC using C4

  That's an easy one! (at least it should be 😉 )
  Transferring the CO4's adjustments from one computer to another is a rather straightforward process and independent of platform, i.e. Windows or Mac.
  
  In the raw file's folder of the computer you have worked on with your images, there is a CaptureOne subfolder which contains subfolders containing settings and previews. Copy the CaptureOne folder together with your raw files to the other computer. So basically you copy the raw file's folder to the other computer, which includes the CaptureOne folder.
  
  You are allowed not to copy the ..\CaptureOne\Cache folder, which contains the previews to save space during the transit. These previews will be generated automatically on the target computer and do not contain adjustments.
