What 3rd party plugins (e.g. Nik software) are compatible with Capture One?

  None.
  
  You can use Edit With to launch Photoshop, use your plugin there and then save back to C1.

  If the plug-in as a stand-alone plug-in CO can, generally speaking, use them.
  Right click on the image, choose "Edit with" and select your application.
