Preferences from Auto to Never
Ok, Ive been living on this forum for several hours trying to find some relief from some problems. I apologize to the person that posted this info as I would like to give him credit. But, that said, here is something that has made a positive effect on my program working.
Go into your preferences in C1pro and look at the Hardware Acceleration box. If yours says Auto on both, then, change them both to Never. I dont know what that does but it has made a definite change in the stability of my program.
Ive done that, then shot a few images, then let the camera sit for 15 minutes and come back and shot a few more. It may take one shot to wake the system up but then it captures images as before. Try this, its the most effective thing Ive done yet on fixing my problems.

Thanks for sharing.
The OpenCL settings for hardware acceleration is a common source of sorrow and instability (as it is also a bringing joy to those who have a system which benefits without the drawbacks).
Sometimes, only one of the two (Display, Processing) settings is causing havoc, so each one should try to find out what is best for him.
Although it has been discussed here quite frequent, you report has great value for others looking for solutions.0
