cannot import files from XQD card
Hi All,
I am constantly facing an error while trying to import .NEF images from XQD card shot with Nikon d850.
An import process always stops in few seconds with an error message :
Description: Could not copy file to import destination. File was not imported.
File: /Volumes/NIKON D850/DCIM/102ND850/_D850816.NEF
Reason: Unknown reason.
Domain: com.phaseone.captureone.import
Simultaneously, the OS message "disk was not ejected properly" appears.
Official response was to disable OpenCL by setting both to 'never' in Capture One preferences, but it doesn't help. Other applications perform import without any error. So the problem is with CO. Tried on trial versions of 10.2 and 11, no success. I wonder if any one have faced the same issue and found a solution.

What are you using to connect the XQD card to your computer?
Can you transfer the images to a folder using image capture and then import into C1?
I had XQD issues with my D500 but turned out to be interface realted. Now all fine. Might not be the same but thought I’d ask.
