Trial screwing with mouse and crashing computer
I've encountered an annoying, persistent problem with the trial version of capture one 6. Firstly I'm quite annoyed that my old version of capture one said that I had updates available specifically for my copy of the software. So I downloaded CO6, and it replaced CO5, only to greet me with the message that I do not have the license to use it. So I have gone with the trial version...
There is a recurring problem with my mouse cursor. Occasionally it will ONLY jump to a given point, on clicking. The click isn't registered but instead re-centers the mouse back to some point. Sometimes I can escape it by clicking very fast, but just now, I had an inescapable run-in whilst using photoshop, with CO running in the background. I tried to click but the mouse would do nothing but jump down to the CO dock icon. Quit, close window, force quit etc.. had no effect, so after trying everything I could think of, I put my machine to sleep with the power button. This took several minutes, and it would not wake up.
I know I should save more often, but I guess I trust my comp/photoshop to not crash. It happens maybe once every several thousand hours, and sometimes I take a risk without thinking about it. This cost me almost 2 hours of work. Please see if you can find a fix. I use an Intuos Wacom tablet, OS 10.6.7 Intel duo-core. No crash-report, as the actual crash results in a hard-restart.

What is your version of the Wacom driver (System Preferences) and CO6? 0 -
Hi Paul thanks for your reply 😊 it's version 6.1.5-2 and it's an Intuos 4... Also, it's Captureone 6.2 0 -
Well, looks like this won't be resolved. My trial expired and I have re-installed (had to re-download) capture one 5. 0
