Pink pixelation: C1 or MacBook Pro problem?

Problem has started coming up, where selecting a capture from the browser or the capture comes through when tethered, this weird pink pixelation happens.

I am just not sure if this a C1 issue or something with the graphics card/computer. Computer specs and screenshots are below.

MacBookPro5,1 (Late October 2008)
OS X 10.9 Mavericks, using Capture One Pro 7.2.1
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics card

  If you have open CL turned on, turn it off and re-generate previews. I get the same if Open CL is turned on.
