How to find Sessions

I have not used Capture One (CO) in a few months and in the meantime had to move my files to a new hard drive. Now when I open CO it says that it can not find any sessions. I do not use Capture One to store any files just to adjust files so I am not sure I have a "Session" file. I do have the folders that CO sets up but no root/preference file that it could be storing the database of adjustments to my file. Where should I be looking for that database file? What would it be labeled as? Does this make any sense. 😊

  Capture One cannot run without a Session, as such you have always used one.
  Simply launch the software and hold down the "Option" key. This will give you a Menu to "Choose" a session or crate a new one. You can create a new one to get going.
  By default the original session is saved in your User/Pictures folder.
