Lost Activation number

Am running PRO on desktop. Trying to load it onto new laptop but find the only activation number I locate is the one for the DB product I started with. And that one, I am informed when trying to load DB, has been deactivated by Phase One.

I'm in a quandary here. How can I get the proper activation number for the PRO?

  Jack,
  
  Create a Support Case and submit your email used for Profile doing activations. All information is present in the user Profile and this is why it is important to use and maintain only 1 Profile.
