    In short, you could do it by luminosity (with curves) or better: by color (with Color Editor). Or both. Let us know whether this works for you or need further assistance.

    I find that such editing is best done in an external program (Photoshop + Viveza 2).

    But if you can get it done when editing the RAW you save yourself an extra step and will get better results. Save time and maintain quality.

    That would be nice to do it in the RAW file, but external tools offering incomparable degree of freedom in selective adjustments.

    Try Lightzone which allows you to adjust any colour or tint you wish to pick.

    As does the Color Editor in Capture One... so there's no advantage there.
