Edit with...PS CC 2019

Hi,

since a few days, the workflow "Edit with" doesn't work with PS CC 2019 anymore.
I want to convert it to a PSD and retouch in Photoshop, but now it just opens the RAW file again in Adobe Camera Raw.

It still works with cc2018.

  I believe it is a setting in Photoshop how it opens that file type.

  Yes, that setting is set the right way - it still opens in ACR....

  There's a new bug here for sure. C1 12, when upgrading from 11, inherited all my settings, including the 'edit with...' list of external apps.
  
  But after upgrading the editor, C1 lost that link (filename changed) and now I can't add a new one. When using 'edit with' and 'Browse', it attempts to open the raw NEF. Apps that are already on this list work with TIFFs as expected (the export dialogue is shown) but new editors do not get the dialogue, and try to load the raw file.
