"tethered" shooting with 1D/s mkII

we all know that we cannot (yet) use C1 tethered with the latest canon cameras, because as phase one says: canons firewire does not work with...whatever....so if firewire is the problem, the wi-fi adapter (canon WFT-E1A) which was announced a couple of months ago and is now finally shipping should work...somehow...? (i understand that the connection might not go both ways, but at least see the files so we do not have to do the canon capture workaround) just a thought...

  The canon firewire components have been the problem earlier, new components are released and we are now looking in to getting them implemented. I do not think there are any plans on looking in to Canon wireless components so where by the wireless solution will be a Canon software workaround.
  Note: I do not know enough about the wireless solution to give a definitive answer.
