SE to Pro Upgrade problem:Product key is too old?!

We were told several times that SE users would be upgraded to Pro once 3.7 was released, at no charge. I tried to download Pro3.7 through the e-shop, but received a message that my product key is too old:Capture One SE Mac. I have been running SE3.6 without a problem, and was expecting that I would be upgraded to Pro3.7 without paying. I hope that that is the case, was specifically told that I didn't have to upgrade or pay anything.

  The upgrade is indeed free of charge.
  Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue is now resolved.
  For those that received the incorrect Product Key, please go to the web site and Create a Support Case at: http://support.phaseone.com
  
  Your Case will be addressed as soon as possible with a reply issuing a PRO version Product Key for your Activation.
