We have Capture 1 dslr and 3.5 software to process Canon files. Recently when installing onto a new Mac (i-book, iMac G-5 ) the activation of the software does not hold. We input the Product Key then the Registration Key then the activation Key. Everything is fine and several days later the trial period window pops up again. We have dslr,C-1 pro and 3.5 versions on all computers does this produce conflicts.

  Do you use multiple users accounts on the computers?
  Activation is stored in the induvidual account where by a new profile needs a new activation.
  Note that license for Capture One is personal on you will need to purchase one license for each user, if you for example a laptop and a desktop this is ok when it is still physically only one user.
