Spot/Dust markers - arbitrary limit?

I was hoping that the 100 dust/spot markers limitation might have been opened up in v7, but it appears not. Would appreciate it if I could put more markers in an image. I use this a lot with reflective backdrops & multiple exposures so it would be a real time saver to be able to put 200 on one image. Occasionally 100 is not enough.

Yes, I know, get a duster..

  You are right. I am working with scans of analog pictures and agree with you, that it should be at least 200 markers. Besides: v7 often crashes while I set markers.
