Activation Nightmare
I purchased Capture One Saturday Night (June 18) and paid the exceedingly high price of $499 USD. When I pay such a price for a software, I expect immediate response if I have a problem, even if it's during week-end.
The issue is that I could not and still cannot activate the software. The registration key generated is \"invalid\" and I get an \"internal error\" message on the website. I wrote several emails and open a support case. Nobody has replied yet.
This morning, I could not connect to the phaseone. com server (\"server not responding\"). An then when I tried to register on this forum and got a \"critical database error\". I finally succeeded here, but all of this gives me the creeps. It seems that no real person manages this thing. Of course it's the week-end but this fact did not prevent my money to be transfered from my credit card to PhaseOne... I'm sorry but if I don't get some answer today (Sunday June 19), I may request a refund and notify my credit card issuer (\"defective product\").
Any help, encouragement or possible solution would be greatly appreciated from users out there. Thanks.

I am very sorry for this.
The on-line activation services have been out of order from Saturday June 18th at approx 10:00 CET until Monday June 20th at 06:55 CET
System is now up and ready for activations.0 -
