Sony - Low quality live view

after a lot connection issues with an iMac dedicated only for studio capture I downloaded the sony remote capture software and gave it a try. the big surprise came when I saw the camera live image on the screen, what a difference to capture one, not pixelated but smooth and clean ! I don't understand why the same camera stream does look so different in capture one. as a side note capture one 11 still does not apply the last setting for the incoming images to a hot folder if selected.
