Color profiles
i have been using C1 pro for a while now and with my phase back i find myself making all major adjustments (color,curves,contrast...) directly in C1 before even going into photoshop...my problem is that i work in C1 on the files which are tagged with the camera profiles (skintone, daylight, neutral,...), make my adjustments, but when it comes to processing, i convert them to adobe RGB (1998) or CMYK, which changes the way the files look (because i attached a different profile of course)...i guess one way to deal with this is to attach adobe RGB(or CMYK,...) right from the start, but it does not show up under the cameraprofiles...or do i have to change the \"proof-set-up\" to the colorspace i want the endresult to be in? can i then work on the files in that proof set-up? i pretty much just want to see what i am working on before i commit the changes (and have to go into PS and change everything again)...any help welcome...

pschefz,
You've go the answer ! 😂
Yes, what is set at the Image > Proof Profile > is what is used for Soft Proofing in Capture One.
Your choice to set this to specific desired profile, or many set it to Selected Destination
...this way, it will always take on the outuput selected at the Process Tool.
When there is a mismatch betwee Destination and Proof Profile, below the Preview display the color profiles being used will show in RED Lettering.
