Italics don't work either

    Seems that something is working for me. However the Paragraph styles selections are very feint and not all that helpful. I have no idea what Zendesk intends for them.

    The character styles are evident while writing, i.e., italics look as they should. When posted, however, I cannot discern that are in effect.

    If C&P from a different source does not look the same that would not surprise me. That might require Font recognition and management.

    Italics appear in email notifications as well, so they're clearly not lost.
