Pressing M key three times deletes layer [SOLVED]

If I select a layer other than the Background layer and press the M key (show mask shortcut) three times in a row, the selected layer is deleted. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've contacted support. They suggested I create another user account to check if the issue was reproducible with this new account, which it wasn't. Support regards the issue as solved as I can just switch to another user account whenever I wish to use Capture One. I don't see that as an acceptable solution.

  Solved. Somehow TextExpander interfered with the shortcuts.
