Preview images blurry

They say that you should have the preview size approx the same as your screen resolution, so you could try 1920 or 2048 as a preview size.
You could also try regenerating the previews, this is under the Image menu.
Not sure it will fix it but it is worth a try.

They told me the same. I have tried , that is not the solution. But i have finally realized what is the problem. SCREEN SIZE. When I edit on my desktop + monitor everything is fine. My laptop is only 13 inch. I have adjusted my C1 to have a lot more space for preview photo and it's better ( Hide toolbar, tools, browser, viewer labels and set keyboard shortcut for opening them one by one). After all that regenerate previews. I have spent full day to get it better, never gonna buy small laptop again.

Ah, OK. Well glad you figured it out. I work off a graphics tablet which acts at a second screen. Realestate is at a premium on the tablet, so what I did was create a custom workspace that I can switch between, one for browsing images, one for editing (removes the browser, and hides the toolbar, etc). Something like this may help when working with the laptop. There is a toolbar icon that makes it easy to swap between workspaces.

I still have the issue of tethered shooting and the preview being blurry on the 4K screens. I'm using the Sony A7R3, and the previous version of C1 was not doing this. I raised the preview to 3840pxl and this did not help.
I purchased C1 20(13.1.2.35) on 08-2020. There were no updates other than 13.1.3 which I tried on 11-2020, and did not fix the issue.
How is it that within months of buying C1 20, and never able to use it, and now 21 is released without getting C1 20 to work. Yet C1 21( 13.14) is a purchase upgrade? It does see the files fine once I disconnect reopen C1. More importantly how do I solve this?0
