Fuji paid version v’s Fuji free version, what’s the difference

Is there any difference between both versions? I bought the Fujifilm X100v and it came with the Fujifilm version of Capture One 20 free, but I’ve seen on the CO site that’s there’s a paid for version of this software. Is there any difference between them and is there any point in ‘upgrading’ too the paid version?
