How to multi select picture using only a pen
I like to edit with my pen and not have a keyboard attached. Is there any way for me to make multiple selections of picture without using a keyboard.

Does you pen have programmable button switches? Ctrl and Shift and Alt are ones I use on my Wacom. But not on the pen as I have enough trouble keeping them from accidental presses. I use 3 buttons on the Wacom tablet to do Ctrl, Shift and Alt and then the pen press is the mouse click.

I am not sure that's possible, a key of some kind is needed for ctrl or shift which would be needed to select multiple files in conjunction with a pen. I assume you have a pen tablet or display?
I use a xp-pen pen display for editing and I got a xp-pen AC-19 (mini key pad with wheel) and that's quite useful as I have programmed all the useful keys to it meaning I don't have to touch the main keyboard. I have set one of the hot keys on the tablet to Ctrl and one to shift. Not sure if your tablet has buttons but you could do that (still not pen only though).
The other alternative is that some pens have programmable buttons on them. My pen has two buttons, one of them is programmed to be Alt, the other is right click (but could be changed to shift or ctrl for your application). Reallocating buttons on the pen is the only way I could think of using only a pen to select more than one file.

You can use the Select Manu to "Select all"
If you can can then filter the selections (before or after selection) using only the pen that would give you a way.
It might not be quick compared to using a keyboard.

In the Wacom Preferences, you can assign Ctrl and Shift to the pen buttons. So, you can Press, Ctrl-Press and Shift-Press.
At least this works on my Bamboo CTH-460.

Oooops ! Kevin was faster. Of course, you can also assign the modifier keys to the tablet buttons.
