Closing Capture One Express (13.1.1.24)

Why does this message appear every time I close the application after using Capture One Express?

  Apparently there is a process running when you try to close Capture One. It is at this point hard to say which, let alone to advise what to do.

  Maybe other users have some good tips. Otherwise, you could contact Support and give them the log files.
