    How do you try to quit ? The normal way is cmd + Q.

    Nope.. it's doesn't want to quit. Even after I left it overnight. I still have to Force Quit. It happens almost every time since I upgrade to capture one 20. And every time I send the report to Capture One

    The "report" is just a generic feedback. In theory it is sent anonymously.

     

    If you want personal assistance use the "Submit a request" link found on most Support Pages in this web site and provide the log files as will be requested. The Support Team will then have something to work with to help you with this specific problem.

    I am sporadically running into the same problem (as posted here).. May I suggest that you contact customer support directly so that they know that there are a number of users that run into that problem. Thanks.

    Same problem here.

    I opened a ticket on 17 July 2020 and support is trying to solve the issue but, so far, they are keeping asking logs and beside few total reinstall (that did not solved the issue) no clues at all.

    macOS 10.14.6, CO 20 (13.1.2.37)

    I only use sessions and actually it is not possible to quit the app if I work for few hours – the only way to quit is to force quit. hopefully this does not mean I risk to loose edits I made to the last few images...

    In the last answer support told me it might be my system and not a bug, but now that I see I'm not alone I'm wondering how many other customers are facing the same issue...

    Don't worry, CO write everything you do as you do it in sidecar files,
    that's why you never have to save your work!

    I got a few issues myself but quitting is not among them!!!
