Workspace saving (Capture One 20 + Mac OS Catalina)
Yesterday I upgraded my version of Capture One from 12 to 20 (13.1.2) on my MacBook running Catalina v10.15.6. The first thing I did was set up my preferred workspace arrangement and save it to a new workspace. As soon as I clicked Save, the workspace reverted to the default. This has continued despite repeated attempts. I have checked through accessibility rights to the app in my security settings and all seems to be ok, but I did notice that COP 12 had network drive accessibility whereas COP 20 does not have this listed as an option to be ticked. I had no problems creating workspaces in COP12 so could this be a reason?

I suggest you give Capture One 20 network drive accessibility and try saving the workspace again.

I was surprised it doesn't appear as an option, but it will be the next thing I look into, thanks.

Following this up, it appears that you can't give access to an app that hasn't asked for it. If there isn't a box to tick, the app hasn't requested access to that particular feature. Capture One 20 requests permission to use Downloads, Documents and Desktop, nothing more. Can any other Mac users confirm this?

— "Can any other Mac users confirm this?"
I can't… it did not ask for anything except connecting
to the internet for registration and updates which would
happen automatically without my internet limiter app.0 -
Thanks for checking!

For anyone reading this in the hope of finding their own solution, I am happy to report that the Capture One team were able to help me resolve my problem with a complete uninstall and reinstall of Capture One.
