Trouble importing an old catalog to a new catalog

When I attempt to import an existing C1 catalog into a new C1 catalog, it doesn't seem to work.   All I get is a "temp_import_MASTER (imported)" file under the "User Collections" section. 

Is there another step required or is something going wrong?

  Don't know but I would try ti 'verify catalog' in the file menu, for both catalogs, and see if it reports a fixable error, then try again to import it.

  Hi Drew,

  do you have a file under the uswer collections or is it a collection you did not look in yet?

  Are the catalogs at the same C1 Version level?
