Log in issues

hi all. I am very new to capture one for fujifilm, coming from cannon and lightroom cc. I use 3 computers at different places and whenever I go to log into capture one it asks for my activation code even though I have entered it on previous occasions. This has become a pain as normally don't remember and it slows workflow so always just go back to lightroom. Can someone please help me out with why this is happening all the time.
