beta issue
beta insists on a lisicence code. then tells me i have exceed my codes. something wrong. never happened before. long time beta tester.

Two things:
1. Did you read your beta licensing agreement? You shouldn't be posting beta related comments to this open forum.
2. Did you receive a separate email message about the new beta tester forum? That's where C1 seems to want this and other beta related questions/comments to be posted.
If you're really signed up as a beta tester and don't have the forum email, you might want to send a support request. I'll bet they respondt pretty quickly.

In line with the NDA for those signed up for testing there is indeed a dedicated forum.

After you click accept you get a code, you can go back in as if you were downloading it for the first time and it show still work.

I've been in the beta program for the last few versions and this is the first I've heard of a beta forum.
I can't find anything in the NDA or release notes about it.

An initial appearance predated the email. If you are logged in and do not see a specific forum section maybe check your account settings for "following" (on the basis that that seems like the only place where visibility of things might be selectively turned on and off).
If nothing that is relevant show up I would suggest a "Submit a request" activity to make contact with C1 staff.
