Posterization, unusable export Capture One 20

Hi. Using Capture One 20 13.1.3.9. All of a sudden, when I export images using the same settings I have used since forever, the output is posterized. I have not changed any defaults. Please help with advice on what could be causing this. Thank you.

  You might try disabling hardware acceleration in the preferences.

  Has anything changed on your system?

   

  Any recent operating system upgrades for example - or similar?

   

  Just bringing up the subject since such things are often sources of troubles and so such questions should always be asked rather than overlooked.
