Using previous versions of capture one
I'm 78 years old and don't want to incur any expensive at this time. I had to upgrade my computer and need to reinstall the old version or versions I own.

If you have a license for an older version, you can still download it, install it and run it. (If your new computer can run that versions).

Hi,
I am in the same case, I need to reinstall version 12 on a new computer, and the link you have provided does not link to version 12, I can't find it anywhere. I have been stuck like that for 5 days now and have people waiting on their picutres and support is not answering me. Please someone help me.

Fortunately, I've found the Capture One 12.1 .exe for Windows (64 bit) on one of my hard disks. It works on my new computer. If you want, I can send a Google Drive link to the .exe.

Someone from the customer service answered me and gave me a download link very recently, I am not sure they would want me to post it here but I'd gladly send it to you if you give me a way to contact you.

I downloaded the 30 day trial of the latest version. It isn't hard to believe that something so badly engineered and bug-ridden has been released, let alone that the comp;any expects anyone to pay for it. It seems fine when working with a handful of images to test the (admittedly superb) demosaicing and adjustments. But it is completely unusable with an image library of any significant size.
If version 12 actually runs without hanging or crashing every 5 minutes I'd happily buy it, but I cannot find a copy of it anywhere.
The only version that the company makes easily available is the latest one. If I had paid money for that I'd be demanding a refund on the basis that it is "it is not of merchantable quality".
