File transfer
I am using an iMac 2019 using Safari 14.0 Since upgrading Capture One to to 13.1.3.9
When I create a new folder within CO, using the create facility. It will not appear in the folders menu when I open documents in Finder, Nor will it open Affinity. When I open Canon Print Studio Pro I can open the RAW file however the edits and crop are not transfers. Nor will it recognise the Tiff file I have created.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Stay safe

I wonder if your description is unclear to your fellow Mac users as you got no responses. The description is unclear to me as a Windows user. May I suggest that you state the CO variant you use (Pro, a camera brand variant or an express). Next state if you are using CO in catalog mode or session mode (if applicable). Then describe the steps you take through the CO menu system. I am not familiar with the "create facility", but then my workflow likely differs significantly from yours.
What does "open documents in Finder" mean in your context? My CO will normally take me to the folder of the image file if I right click and select "Show in Explorer" (should be Show in Finder on a Mac).
If none of your applications, not even CO, will show/open a folder CO created on disk, something is obviously wrong. On the other hand, a virtual folder may not have a 1:1 representation on disk. Edited images do not show up as new image files, you need to have CO process (or export) to a new file.
