    Just to be clear, when you order an upgrade, you should get a new license code, your old code is disabled. Question is, did you receive the new license code on purchase? If not, contact support and send them your purchase receipt so they can solve this for you as quickly as possible.

    Thanks for your very fast reply. Yes I received a new code, but it only says then I log-in to my account.:

    "Upgrade to Capture One Pro 20 - 5 users - Perpetual license" that was the key I received 27th November.

    Hi Tim,

    A Capture One Pro 20 key sold last month includes v21 as well. Apparently, it did not in your case. Support can solve this very quickly for you when you show them your purchase receipt.

    Hi Poul,

    HELP........

    I "submit a request" after our conversation yesterday - but still NO reply!

    You have blocked my Capture One 10 license, and still no new key to open up Capture One 21!

    FYI - Request 69054.
