Capture One 11 - matching specific colors between photos

I'm using C1 v11 and wan't to match certain colors between photos. In this example, I have a specific shade of blue I like for a sky in one photo and I have other, similar photos taken the same date and around the same time, that have different shade and intensity blue for the sky. I want to do something like copying the RGB values from one sky to the other.

I've run across this issue before when I find a shade of yellow or red in one photo that I want to copy to another photo that has some similar colors. 

It looks like there are ways to do this with later versions of C1 using the Normalize tool but can I do something like this with v11?
