Cloning/Healing

When closing or healing, item that is being brushed and replaced/healed becomes an overexposed "light shadow".   See attached screenshot.  I was attempting to erase a seagull.  Any ideas?

  I see similar things too from time to time.

  Yes, the same for me. I submitted a request from the beginning of version 13, but without any satisfactory answer (the only one I had was that my CG was not powerful enough....).
