Plugin Menu not recognized by Capture One Nikon

I just bought and loaded Capture One for Nikon on both my iMac desktop and MacBook Pro laptop. The Nik plugins are recognized and work fine on my laptop, but are not available on the iMac. Both are on Big Sur. On the iMac, when I go to the Plugins tab on Preferences, the "Open With" menu is disabled and can't be enabled. When I right click a .NEF file on the desktop and select "Open With" all the various Nik options show up. The Nik folder of applications is in the Applications folder on both machines.

Has anyone seen this or know what the issue is?
