C1 21 Cannot See Canon EOS R5 Raw Images for Import
Just came across this: Capture One 21 cannot see Canon EOS R5 raw images on card for import (*.CR3). The raw files are standard, not compressed.
It can seem them if you navigate to the card via the Library Tab. It cannot see them if you use the Import window.
Capture One 20 works properly and can seem via Import or Library.
This is with Canon EOS R5 firmware 1.2 and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

You may need to open a support ticket, as the RAW files are supported, so it could be an issue with both C20 and C21 being on the same system.

Thanks James - stupid question but how do I do that? Is it via "Submit a request"?

Jon,
Where is the Import Window Import From > Source actually pointing to? It needs to be the folder and not the contents of the folder of course but if it is simply pointing to a generic folder on the card the name of the folder may be the same as for other cards.
Have you already tried navigating to the card afresh.
Have you checked whether the card is locked? (Probably not the issue but always something to consider if nothing else seems to be working.)
Do you have checking for duplicates enabled?
Session or catalogue?
If you copy the files somewhere else on a hard drive and try importing from their what happens?

Thank you! It's an Import From> Source/pointing issue.
On C1 20 my software already knows to look in the subfolder on the card for the images. In C1 21 I hadn't directed it to do that so it was looking at the Card Name/top level folder.
Solved. Thanks for the help!
