Fix Import criteria date

Not a feature request, but more of a bug report that I've submitted several times.

When importing images from my SD, I often do so by date. However, the "Date is on" criteria doesn't work! I always have to set the date to be the day before the actual capture date, so that Capture One show's the images. For instance, if I capture the images today (12/14/20), I'd have to set the "Date is on" criteria to be 12/13/20, to be able to see the images.
