Importing from Lightroom to C1 (21)

This has been one of the most frustrating two days of my life. Trying to figure the best way to export from LR 6.14 (which I can do!) and import into C1. Catalogs, sessions, folders, I have no idea which is best or why - and the videos I've seen don't help. Gotta use a catalogue. Fine. Then what ? In LR everything was in Folders that had some logic, C1 may have some logic, but I can't find it. Frustrated in Toronto.

  This is the most useful that I have found.    Note that I just tried this and the import LR Catalog into a new C1 Catalog is not working for me.  I am about to post a question.  The steps are the same as C1 video recommends but this goes into more detail and provides a process that can be used.
