Install CO 20 after CO 21 fails
As I posted earlier, I installed CO 21 on a brand new 2020 Mac Mini M1 (but none of the Healing Layer or Clone Layer adjustments are included on my exported images), and even though I've owned and used CO 20 since December 2019, I can not seem to install CO 20. I downloaded CO 20 from my account, but ran into snags on the install. During the process, a screen advised it would rename the current catalog and generate a new one for CO 20. Unfortunately, the next screen advised it was unable to "move aside the previous session document", and was exiting.
Has anyone else tried this? I recognize this is a very specific type situation, having a new computer, with the new software installed, and trying to install the previous version. Perhaps if I had installed CO 20 on this new machine first, and then moved forward to CO 21, I could roll back?? If I don't hear from anyone that can assist, I'll likely purge CO 21 completely from my system, and see if I can then install CO 20. Please advise if you can.
Cheers,
Lee

A quick update: I'm retired from IT and had maybe lost a step. lol.
I went in and renamed the CO 21 catalog (just added OLD to the front of the name) and then was able to install and use CO 20 (first time on this new M1 Mac Mini) again. This new computer is running Big Sur 11.0.1 at present.
Hope this might help some of my brethren.
Cheers,
Lee
