Backup process failed
All of a sudden, when I close C1 and choose "Optimize Catalog" as an option, I get a message "The backup process of Capture One has failed. An error occurred during the backup process." If I unselect "Optimize Catalog" it works fine. I have verified the integrity of catalog and there are no errors. And, I can backup the catalog as long as I don't select "Optimize catalog" when I close C1.
Any advice? Thanks.

Try to export images ("as a catalog") and (re)import in a new one.

Just at this moment the same problem (with V21). Tomorrow I will use my suggestions. ;)

Just backuped without optimization. Afterwards I could backup with "Optimize" on. Strange.

I couldn't get it to work so ended up re-importing the entire catalog into a new catalog. (Took almost a day given the size!) Now it is working. Thanks for the advice.
