No tethering with NIKON Z7II

After upgrading to C21, I was looking forward to being able to shoot tethered with my Z7II, but the camera does not connect. Anyone has an idea how to connect ? Capture One support is silent.

  Have you upgraded to 14.0.2 that (supposedly) supports Z7II ?

  Yes I have sent one, but sometimes it takes a week before they answer, so thought I would try here

  I think you need the Enterprise option to benefit from 24hour response times.

  I think it likes that your cable doesn't support the protocol required by Nikon, I suggest you try a different cable.
