Add a scrolling bar in the plugin tab in preferences
Hi
I ran in a problem that I couldn't find the "+" button at the bottom of the plug-in tab in the preferences panel. I had to put the windows display setting scale and layout at 100% for that button to appear. Capture One should simply add a scrolling bar at the right of the window like there are on the other tabs of the preferences panel. So that whatever display settings we have we will always find the "+" button. It would contribute to make Capture One work better out of the box in Windows (I have no idea if Mac users have a similar issue).

I can confirm that in my Win 10 system the box in question exceeds the displayable size if I have the text scaling setting set to 175%.
It is OK at 150% and below. Realistically, on my system, if the scaling is set beyond 125% it does not help to make the system usable. However I would guess that other screen resolutions and other configurations may have reasons to be using the larger %age scaling options.

In my system even at 150% it doesn't work. And at 125% Windows 10 is barely useable, the text and icons are just too small. This definitely seems to vary from one system to an other. Therefore a scroll bar would make it easier for anyone, regardless of one's configuration.

Bruno,
I suspect the problem is more related to window sizing and/or positioning combined with the effects of scaling.
It's something like a browser screen page scrolling requirement as currently presented on screen.
The Windows system standard for its similar views set the overall window size to ensure that the total box is always going to be visible and then provides a scrolling are within the window for the variable data content should it be required. Obviously part of that concept is missing in the Plugins tab of the preferences tool.
