Exports same image over and over instead of selection

I have a weird issue that is causing a serious headache. I have a large amount of product images to be exported to a client. The series of images then exports as the same image but with the different filenames of the actual selected images. So if I select images A, B, C, D all with their own filenames, the exported copy ends up being image A with the corresponding filenames for B, C, and D.

  Clear the batch queue history as a precaution.

  If that does nothing useful use the "Submit a request" option and start a Support Case.

  Thanks. That was the first thing I tried actually. Problem persists unfortunately. Will take your suggestion to submit a request. Thanks
