No Account Found when opening C21
Just downloaded the trial for Capture One 21, I click on 'Let's Begin' only to find 'No account Found' when I put in my newly set up and verified account.
I have both a trial key, and also a key that came free with a new Phase camera, but I can't get past the first hurdle of logging into the software.....
Help is greatly appreciated.

I assume you entered your credentials, user name and password. If that does not work, contact support at Phase One, since you have a Phase One camera.

Is your Account information for Phase One or Capture One?
These days the accounts are not directly connected as far as I am aware.
The key that came with the camera is, presumably for the Capture One for Phase One functionality version of Capture One. (The "free with the camera" variety.)
The trial may be a trial for the full Pro version? Possibly with the need to set up a Capture One account if you have not already done so.
That would be my guess - but I could be wrong.
I would think you would need to confirm (or otherwise) my suggestion via the Phase One support forum or Support Desk.
