Payment problem

Hi, Today I have upgraded from Capture One 20 Fuji to Capture One 21 Full with Styles Package.

I have paid € 319 using IDEAL. The money is withdrawn from my bankaccount but a error popup showed up telling me FastSpring isn't able to proceed so I am not receiving the download link. Can someone tell me how to tackle this?
