Free Upgrade from 12 to 20 gone from my account.
Hello,
When I bought CO, I got the Capture One Pro (for Sony) one time payment version.
A few months ago, I was looking around CO, and in the Tab License, I was surprised to see I had 1 Free Upgrade left. I checked what that meant and because CO was already on version 21, I could upgrade to version 20 for free, but didn't at the time since I didn't know if it would mess with my catalogues and sessions and wanted to clean it up before upgrading. Now I wanted to do it and the counter went to 0 Free Upgrades...
That's my gripe. What can I do to get the Free Upgrade to Version 20?

If I recall correctly the Free upgrade to V20 was available after V21 was announced but before it was released.
The idea was that you could order V21 in advance for the upgrade price of V20 AND have instant access to V20.
In effect you paid for the V20 upgrade but got the access to V21 for "free" when it was launched.
Either way a free upgrade to V20 is no longer available since it is no longer sold,
You can, however, upgrade to V21 but choose to install and use V20 if you so wish.
